Compliance & Data Residency

This page answers the questions procurement and security teams ask first: who you contract with, where your data lives, and who can access it. If you need anything below confirmed in a questionnaire or contract, contact us and we will respond in writing.

Contracting entity

Your agreement is with Leino Systems Software Design FZCO, a company registered in the UAE (Dubai, IFZA free zone). Contracts are signed with, invoiced by, and governed under this UAE entity.

Where your data lives

We separate our internal development environment from your production data:

• Development & source code. Our build and development infrastructure runs on Hetzner data centers located in Europe (EU).

• Production data. Your production data runs on infrastructure provisioned specifically for your project. You choose the hosting region and provider to match your compliance and budget requirements — for example the EU, UK, US, or UAE. Production environments are dedicated to a single customer and are not shared.

Personnel & access

We operate as a distributed remote team across multiple countries. Access to production data and source code is restricted to authorized personnel, and no one located in sanctioned jurisdictions has access to production systems or the codebase.

Subprocessors & payments

Our delivery and billing chain does not rely on sanctioned vendors, infrastructure, or payment rails.
