Your product, built and launched.
Three weeks. One fixed price.
You have a product to build and no team to build it — or a team that is busy keeping the current product running. A pod is a team of senior forward-deployed engineers who work directly with you, build the product from scratch or on top of what you have, and launch a working prototype in three weeks.
No slide decks. No six-month discovery. No real data yet? We start on sample data and connect yours when it’s ready.

The pods
Pick the pod that fits your problem
Same sprint, same fixed price, same senior engineers — with a toolkit built for the domain.
Conversation Intelligence Pod
Products built on voice and conversation: speech-to-text, call and chat analytics, call automation and meeting assistants. On your infrastructure if you need it.
Showcase: Khulasa, an AI notetaker this pod built and we run ourselves, with a published benchmark.
Fintech Pod
Fintech products built from scratch — onboarding and KYC, transaction monitoring, support tools — with the controls your compliance review asks for in from the first commit.
Early access is open. The first client builds it with us on founding-client terms.
How it works
Read more about AI pods
Everything a CTO or a procurement team usually asks before the scoping call.
Senior forward-deployed engineers.
Engineers who work directly with you and your users: product, backend, frontend, AI and deployment, covered by people who have shipped before. The team size fits the product.
A product, not a feature.
We build the product end to end — from scratch or on top of what you already have. AI goes inside when it helps the product, not because the pitch needs it.
Launched, not demoed.
In three weeks you get a working prototype in front of real users — not a slide deck and not a sandbox demo.
You own everything.
Code, designs and documentation. We keep only our internal toolkit.
| Stage | What happens | What you see |
|---|---|---|
| Before — scoping call (30 min, free) | We look at the product you want and what you have today. | A one-page scope: what we build, what “launched” means, one fixed price. |
| Week 1 — Shape | User flows and architecture agreed, first screens and core logic built. No real data yet? We work on sample data and connect yours when it’s ready. | Clickable flows and a first demo. |
| Week 2 — Build | The product built end to end, connected to your systems where it needs to be. Daily 15-minute check-in. | A working product you can use. |
| Week 3 — Launch | Polish, deployment and launch to your first users. Handover. | A launched prototype, all code and docs. |

Companies with a product to build and no team to build it
The board wants it shipped; the engineers you have are busy running what exists.
Startups after a funding round
You need a feature that gives you an edge over the next startup, before the next round.
Companies that don't have a technology partner yet
You want to see a result before you commit to anyone long-term.
Regulated teams
Banks, telecoms, government, healthcare — whose products have to run inside their own infrastructure. Pods deploy on-premises or in a private cloud in your region.
Not for you if: you want a strategy deck rather than working software, or you need a team for twelve months — that is our outstaffing service, not a pod.
Three ways forward, your choice:
We keep building
The same engineers, at an hourly rate or a monthly retainer, quoted with the production plan, against the plan for the next stage.
Your team takes it
The handover is built for that: code, docs and a recorded walkthrough.
You stop
The launch shows it isn’t worth building further, and you found out in three weeks instead of a year.
- Real data isn’t required to start — sample or mock data works.
- NDA signed before the scoping call if you want one.
- GDPR, UAE PDPL and Qatar PDPPL readiness.
- Deployment on-premises, in a private cloud in your region, or in the cloud — you choose.
- Your data is never used to train models. Sub-processors listed on the Compliance page.
- You own the deliverables. We keep our internal toolkit and nothing of yours.
Full details on our Compliance page.
One fixed price per sprint, quoted in writing after the scoping call. It covers the pod for the full sprint and everything in “What you get”.
No price changes mid-sprint.
- Do we need data before we start?
- No. We can start on sample or mock data and connect your real data and systems when they’re ready — clean or not.
- Do you build from scratch or on top of what we have?
- Both. We start from an idea, a design, or an existing product, and say on the scoping call which makes more sense.
- Does the product have to use AI?
- No. Many products we build have AI inside — speech, language or document models — but we build whatever the product needs.
- Can the prototype go to production?
- It’s already live with first users. The plan for the next stage says what’s missing for scale — usually monitoring, access control and load handling — with a fixed estimate.
- What if our systems are old or unusual?
- Connecting to them is part of the job. We have shipped inside banks, a telecom and Yandex. Tell us what you run on the scoping call.
- Who are the people?
- Named senior forward-deployed engineers for the whole sprint, not a rotating team. For the Conversation Intelligence Pod, the engineers who built Khulasa.
- How do we communicate?
- Slack or Teams channel, a 15-minute daily check-in, one review per week. Everything written down.
